BUDGET INSPECTION IN PALILULA MUNICIPALITY?

After the text published in `Blic` daily newspaper – Budget inspection in Palilula Municipality of Nis (Ivana Andjelkovic, Saturday March 6 2013), we wish to point to untrue claims that were given in this newspaper article and that made harm to Palilula Municipality and personal reputation of Boban Dzunic. In the alleged statement of high authority of the City of Nis, quoted by journalist of this newspaper, which so far has not been denied, so we do not know if it is authentic, it is stated that Budget inspection of the City objected to the mode of communication with Municipal officials because they had not allowed the inspector to access the requested information. In this alleged claim of the City authorities it is said that he did not get the report of the inspection but he heard? For the truth and integrity protection of Palilula Municipality and Boban Dzunic it is necessary to say that we deal here with great untruth that is ordered and released into public with certain purpose.

Budget inspection of the City of Nis, that is responsible to the Mayor of the City of Nis, delivered on February 5 order to Palilula Municipality no 03/2013-17 for the inspection control of public purchase of the works on the reconstruction of school yard in `Kralj Petar Prvi` elementary school, Pasi Poljana settlement. According to the determined regulations the head of Municipal Administration of Palilula made possible the inspection of all information and documentation wanted after the order. On February 8 head of Municipal Administration sent to budget inspection of the City all the wanted information and documentation and handover of it was made with registered reverses no 54,55,56/13-04. After the inspection of the submitted documentation and after the inspector control , Budget inspection of the City of Nis submitted Palilula Municipality the minutes of completed inspection control. From the minutes can be determined that budget inspection of the City did not give any kind of remarks on the work of Palilula Municipal Administration and did not give any proposed measures. On the basis of the stated it is concluded that Palilula Municipality in whole acted on the orders of the Inspection and based on the record the Inspection of the City can be concluded that it was all in accordance with law.

In this way we are informing the public that the quoted statements of high representative of the City about the work of Palilula Municipality are completely not true, regarding that in the `Palilula` case we dealt in accordance with the Law and after the orders of Budget inspections of the City. In the case that the statement of City authorities was self composed by the text author, we are asking from the editor redaction of the newspaper `Blic` and journalist-author certain denials and explanations.
